The Company leverages technology and analytics to enhance productivity, reduce expenses, improve customer experience, and manage risks.
We use technology to refine our underwriting processes, employing data analytics to identify patterns and assess risks more accurately. We also employ tech-driven early warning systems to proactively manage potential risks, ensuring prompt detection and mitigation.
To enhance customer experience, we embrace various digital initiatives, including e-Agreement, e-Sanction Letter, DIY Home Loan application, and the ‘Call Me Back’ functionality, among others.
Diversifying and Strengthening Market Presence
The Company offers the full suite of mortgage solutions, including Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, and Developer Finance, to cater to a variety of needs.
We strive to deepen market penetration by capitalizing on developer finance-funded projects and nurturing existing developer finance relationships. With this, we aim to increase our retail home loan presence directly at developer sites. Further, we cater to salaried customers, professionals, as well as self-employed non-professional customers, thereby extending our mortgage offering to all.
Diversified Borrowing Profile
The Company’s liability management strategy is centered on the continued expansion of our borrowing base and the deliberate diversification of our liability mix. To achieve this, we aim to increase our proportion of long-term borrowings, which provides us with a more secure and predictable funding stream.
We have and will continue to diversify our borrowing mix. Our focus remains on maintaining a low cost of borrowings, even as we extend the duration of our borrowings.
Attract, Train, and Retain Talent
One of the drivers of our continued success will be our ability to maintain a healthy mix of experienced and young professionals.
Recruitment is a key management activity, and we intend to attract graduates from business schools as well as employees with relevant experience from the financial services industry. We have a structured training program tailored for new hires, first-time managers, and ongoing upskilling opportunities for existing staff.
